Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I was introduced to the dynamics of the business world at an early age. After graduating from the Department of Biology at Ege University, I began my career as a Research Assistant at the Neurobiology Institute of Freie Universität Berlin.
In 2013, I returned to Turkey and joined my family’s company. Later, I expanded my experience by working across different organizations in both the private and public sectors. In 2018, I completed my Master’s degree in Nanoscience and Nanoengineering at Dokuz Eylül University.
In 2021, together with my business partner, I founded and managed a deep-tech startup focused on producing functional thin films for solar panels. In 2023, driven by my growing interest in artificial intelligence, I decided to pivot my career toward this field. Experiencing digital transformation processes within various organizations allowed me to deeply understand how technology, people, and strategy integrate to create value.
After an intensive training period, I earned the AI Transformation Leader Certification from USAII® (United States Artificial Intelligence Institute), an international institute. With over 12 years of multidisciplinary experience in education and industry, I have developed a perspective that balances strategic insight with on-the-ground realities. Today, I leverage this experience to guide organizations on their digital transformation and AI maturity journeys.
